Global subsets are created by the Administrator and are available on the server for you to download. Once the subsets are created, synchronize your local VCM with the server and the global subsets display in the Partial Loading Subsets dialog.

After the Administrator sets up the global subsets, open ConstructSim Planner. From the ConstructSim Planner menu, select Synchronization > Download changes.

When ConstructSim Planner restarts after the synchronization, the global subsets display in the dialog.
